Directions for Morning Priming technique:
The diagram below shows the step 1 and step 2 positions of this breath-work. The breathing component is to be done at a fast speed. Rapidly contract your stomach muscles on the exhale to produce a powerful out-breath through the nose. It helps to really breath through your belly rather than the chest during this technique. You may experience a slight dizziness afterwards, so it’s important to sit and relax following the rapid breathing.
